Scorpian

Dear Diary,

April 2, 2015,

I had such a bad sleep last night! I kept feeling stiff and uncomfortable. I have a feeling I will be pretty tired today.

Yesterday we found a real life scorpion right by the door! Scary! We caught it and had a real good look at it. It wasn't the nicest looking animal!

Sick

Dear Diary,

April 1 2016,

We have been in this little Italian House for three days now. A lot has happened already! A lizard jumped on Sierra's face, I've got a tan going, and almost everyone got sick. It appears to me some kind of poisoning. I managed to avoid it. Odd...since I ate everything anyone else had, and a lot!

Later

The creepiest thing happened today! Sierra and I went to town to buy some stuff, but on the way back we were being stalked by this black car. Whenever we passed it, it would drive up ahead until we past it again. After like the third time, Sierra and I cut through a farmer's field and lost it! Thank God! I am so scared!

Lizards!!

Dear Diary,

March 30 2016,

Wow! What a day! I found out that there are scorpions and lizards in Italy! I'm not so thrilled about the scorpions, but the lizards are awesome! There are so many! Green ones, blue ones, and striped ones. We spent almost all day trying to catch them. Hopefully tomorrow we will have better luck!

The rest of the day we spent at the neighbours house hanging out with his horses and goats in the woods! The goats were so cute! There was even a baby goat!

And it was SO hot today! Sweltering! And this is their spring? It feels like summer back home. Its bare foot weather....but with scorpions - so no bare feet!

Interuption in Story.

Hey everyone! Sorry to interrupt the flow of this blog. Anyhow, just letting you know that because of the amazing time I had on the trip to Germany, I am absolutely dying to go to World Youth Day in Poland this year! I got invited to go by this Opus Dei group in Toronto, and it sounds like it is going to be a truly amazing and character building experience! Some of things we plan on doing are...

-Doing volunteer work in Warsaw
-Attending World Youth Day activities in Krakow
-Going on a day trip to Auschwitz
-Going on a pilgrimage to our Lady of Czestochowa

The only issue about going on this trip (as opposed to the one I went on in Germany) is that it will cost me financially. I am trying as best as I can to save up money from odd jobs, since my work is shut down for the winter, so any donations would be gratefully accepted! It interest you can donate by clicking the link bellow. If I am able to go on this trip you can count on my prayers for you...and another blog about it! Thanks!!!

Through Switzerland to Italy

Dear Diary,

March 30 2015,

We are in Italy!!! Wow, what a trip! It took forever to get here. Italy definitely has an Italian look! Vineyards, really old houses, and Italian music. This country is so cool, but I don't know one word in Italian! I was just working on my German. Now I have to work on Italian!

I had my first Italian Pizza!!

It was so good! I got the whole thing for only 8 euros! A whole pizza to myself!! I was thrilled! It tasted really good too! I was the only one who finished their whole pizza. lol.

The house we are staying in is really old. It is kind of scary too! I was praying hard all night to keep my mind off the creepy chill that seemed to fill the whole room. The worst room was the bathroom!Sierra and I are sleeping on the same mattress which is comforting, but slightly annoying. I got her foot in my mouth at least three times!!!

Today we will probably take Blair's two kids with us to see the ruins near by. Later I hope to go to town and check out the church. Easter seems to be lacking in this family, since they don't have any church involved. Somehow chocolate bunnies don't seem to make Easter for me.

Well, I'm here for two weeks! I'm not sure what I'll do? It would be cool if for some reason I ended up in Rome! I doubt I will though. At least on the way back we will go through Switzerland again! I loved Switzerland!!! There are big trees, big mountains, cute houses, and snow! I think Switzerland's for me!
